須知Statement

1. 《企業(yè)法人營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照》是企業(yè)法人資格和合法經(jīng)營(yíng)的憑證。
1. “Business License for an Enterprise as a Legal Person” is the certificate of an enterprise as a legal person and its legal operations.
2. 《企業(yè)法人營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照》分為正本和副本，正本和副本具有同等法律效力。
2. “Business License for an Enterprise as a Legal Person” has two copies: an Original and a Duplicate which have the equal legal effect.
3. 《企業(yè)法人營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照》正本應(yīng)當(dāng)置于住所的醒目位置。
3. The Business License should be placed visibly in the company’s business site.
4. 《企業(yè)法人營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照》不得偽造、涂改、出租、出借、轉(zhuǎn)讓。

7. 《企業(yè)法人營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照》被吊銷后，不得開展與清算無關(guān)的經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)。
7. After the Business License is revoked, only business activities related to liquidation can be carried out.
8. 辦理注銷登記，應(yīng)當(dāng)交回《企業(yè)法人營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照》正本和副本。
8. When registry of the enterprise is written off, the original and the duplicate copy(s) should be returned to the registration government agency.
9. 《企業(yè)法人營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照》遺失或者毀壞的，應(yīng)當(dāng)在公司登記機(jī)關(guān)指定的報(bào)刊上聲明作廢，申請(qǐng)補(bǔ)領(lǐng)。
9. In case that the Business License is lost or ruined, a statement of cancellation should be made on a press pointed by the registration government agency and a new Business License should be applied for.
